Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused
The item is in its original packaging
All accessories and manuals are included
The product is not damaged due to misuse
You can provide photos/videos if the product is defective or incorrect
How to Start a Return
All returns must be approved before sending anything back.

Your order number
Reason for the return
Photos/videos (if defective, damaged, or incorrect item)
Confirmation that the product is unused and in original packaging
We will review your request and provide the next steps.
Return Address & Return Labels
Because we operate through certified international fulfillment partners, the return address is not displayed publicly.
After your return is approved, you will receive:
An authorized return address
A return label (whenever applicable)
Clear instructions for completing the return
Packages sent without approval or to unauthorized addresses cannot be processed.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, returned products must be:
Unused
In original packaging
In the same condition received
Products showing signs of use, missing accessories, or damage caused by misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
After the returned item arrives at the authorized return center and is inspected:
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
Refund arrival: 3–20 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours
Provide clear photos or videos
Our team will review and offer one of the following:
Replacement
Full refund
Partial refund (depending on the case)
We will always provide a fair resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Consumables
Personal care items
Items with visible use
Items without original packaging
Clearance / final sale items

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
We recommend:
A trackable shipping service
Shipping insurance for items above $15
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping.

Items Returned Without Approval
Items returned to addresses not authorized by our support team, or returned without prior approval, cannot be processed and may be discarded.
